Great hosting for the price I mean when I was searching for a host I always found ones with 2 times less space and monthly bandwidth for 2 times the price which was pretty unfair if you ask me so I found HostGator and I have never been any happier service is great it really is up 100% of the time for me as it has never been down even after the 5 months I've been with them even though they say 99% uptime. I'm really satisfied with the price service and defenetly support live chat is great Thanks HostGator.

I decided to give them a try with the 1 penny coupon and the unlimited package. So far, so good. No problems with getting it set up or with customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a horrible year with Bluehost, we decided to switch to HostGator. We're now pleased to tell you that we finally found a reliable host for our webpage.

The only thing you can complain about that they'll help you with your website problems (caused by your scripts, mind it, not their fault) only for money. I got used to have my problems solved for free...

Nevertheless - really good host! And cheap one!

Their live support on the website sucks horribly. No one can give me a straight answer, and the first 3 sales reps I talked to lied to me just to "get me to go away".

I suggest calling their phone number and talking to someone in order to get answers for your questions.

Over paid april, may, june, july, called every billing cycle and complained about over charge and was told they were going to take care of. Well not ubtil they found I had (2) accounts and that I could not take care of this over phone and must cancel account in writing. I advised I called and was never told this but some how they found this after july billing but would only refund (2) billing cycles if I paid July's bill or and they did shut my site off as now both sites were combined. I got fucked and I'm not happy.

First let me say this. I tried One & One a few years ago. What a nightmare that was. They wouldn't help me so I didn't pay. Finally not to turn my credit to hell I paid it.HOSTGATOR

HELP is an understatement for the service you get when you ask for it. This web stuff is Greek to me so the help I get from HostGator is priceless.The live help I get, and I mean, no waiting for ever to get help. Right from the beginning we have had problems with my dedicated hosting plan. At the moment we are trying to resolve an extremely serious issue and cannot get any response either by phone or email or their ticket system. Our dedicated server is down along with all the domains and sites on it and nobody at Hostgator seems to be taking this seriously. We've had dozens of other support issues over the past year or so, mostly MySQL malfunctioning. I'm extremely disappointed and looking for another host.
